About Chef Marco




My passion for cooking started after being in contact with the stove for years to follow my mother Silvana's creations on Sunday mornings, when all Italian families gather for an ever-lasting lunch starting from appetizers and ending with a dessert, and a coffee with a shot of grappa, known in Italy as caffè corretto.

I found some time to train myself over the years refraining from my ordinary work and dedicating myself to the cuisine of Belluno and then Venetian. I've had the chance to work in England, Canada and the United States where I enjoyed a variety of tips and advice. But now I'm back to my origins with the old Venetian dishes accompanied by fabulous wines and I cook exclusively for small groups where I can express myself best .
